What is our 30 Day Love It Guarantee?
If in 30 days of trying any of our products and you are unsatisfied with the purchase let us know at: email@example.com and we will offer you a refund or an exchange on the product purchased.
We pride ourselves in the products we create and want our customers to have the best experience possible. We understand that not all products can work for everyone. So want to make sure that when you are selecting United & Free you don’t have to worry about our products not working for you!
Just let us know the issues you are having with the product (this will help us to improve newer products and formulations that are in development) and we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your item was purchased on a sale or by promotion you will only be refunded the price at the time of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, in the event that 30 days have passed and you unsatisfied with your purchase reach out to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the situation. We may be able to offer a solution.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If your shipment is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
